The senator wrote on online platforms on the previous day: Will you battle for your homeland, or watch it all from your mobile device there on your settee? I urge you to struggle with us."
He said the demonstration would be so supporters could seek divine intervention for his physical condition and for the restoration of democratic rule in our country."
Embassy Asylum Concerns
Part of the magistrate's determination was the potential of Bolsonaro's "relocation to diplomatic missions near the dwelling, considering that the inquiries revealed a background of planning to ask for protection through a consular facility", a statement said.
The legal document highlights that the American diplomatic mission in the federal district, Brazil's capital, is positioned around 13km from Bolsonaro's home.

He was also banned from running for public office until the year 2060 - eight years after the completion of his term.
The one-time head of state called the court case a targeted investigation" and said it was aimed at blocking him competing in the 2026 national vote.
